Members of the European University have access to the reference management software Citavi. You can download Citavi for Windows to your personal computer at no charge. The Citavi Web version can be used in your browser regardless of your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux). Please use the campus license of the Europa-Universität Flensburg. Please also note the missing features of Citavi Web and the note on using the Citavi Cloud.

On the Citavi website you will find learning videos for beginners and advanced users.
Using the Citavi Cloud
Citavi for Windows allows data to be stored in the Citavi Cloud. This cloud uses the Microsoft Azure platform, a non-European provider. Find out about Citavi's privacy policy and weigh up where you want to store your projects. For data protection reasons, it is advisable to store sensitive data locally only.
