Check-in & Check-out
Our tip: Use the anny.co app
You’ll need to check in for your room booking – the easiest way to do this is directly via the anny.co app.
Here’s how check-in works:
- Time slot: You can check in from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the start of your booking.
- Location (geofencing): You can check in as soon as you are within a radius of approximately 1,000 meters of the ZHB.
- Important: If you do not check in on time (no later than 15 minutes after the start time), the booking will be automatically canceled, and the room will be made available to others.
Releasing the room early:
- Cancellation: If you know in advance that you will be unable to use the room, please cancel your booking in good time.
- Check-out: Are you leaving the room earlier than planned? You can check out from 5 minutes after the start of your booking, which immediately makes the room available to other students.
