Can all e-books be downloaded?

Each provider has their own regulations. In general the conditions of use are shown after opening the e-book. If you need any help, please contact the team at the Information Desk.

The Campus Library offers an ever growing number of e-books. Like all other materials, you can find them in the catalogue.

This kind of electronic media is accessible from the internet workstations in the reading room and for members of both Flensburg universities using the WiFi on campus.

Outside the campus, only members of the Flensburg universities can access e-media. You have three options:

  1. Login in the Discoverysystem: In the Discoverysystem, outside the campus network, you will see the display "Guest access - please log in!" at the top of the screen. Log in there with your network access data. You can also find more information under Learning videos.
  2. Login at the provider via Shibboleth: With many publishers and databases you can authenticate yourself via your university using Shibboleth.
  3. Access via VPN: To gain access via VPN, you need a VPN client, which you can find on the website of the Europa-Universität or Flensburg University of Applied Sciences.
